I need to print header details like below (please refer to the following diagram).
1. Need to print few details on the left side and need to print date with time on the right side.
2. Then need a line.
3. This should replicate in all the pages.

HI: What code have you tried? What does your current TITLE statement look like? SAS dates only appear in "paged" output, like the LISTING output, RTF output or PDF output. What do your ODS statements look like?
