Hey,

I am doing PROC REG data BY variable. I need the parameters estimates and other outout in a data set. could you please help in this?

You can use the ODS OUTPUT statement to capture procedure output in a data set. Here's a link to the SAS documentation for this statement: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/odsug/61723/HTML/default/a002233313.htm. Note that Example 2 on that page answers your question.
