Create app from htmls

Hello, I have a question about creation of app from htmls.

When I click the icon,  a menu is opened. Then i have a list of different reports, and i can click any report.

How can I do it? Which tool I should use?

If you have the necessary components at hand, use stored processes or SAS Web Report Studio, and a navigation page to select those.
