Hi All,

I have a data set called "Order placed",

There are 5 Variables

"Order Creator Email ID"

 "Delivery lead Approval email ID",

"Qnty",

"Requested Price".

"Actual Price"

Requirement:- I need to send an automated email to "Delivery lead" to "Approve" by  copying "Order Creator "

If i have 10 orders, each mail to be triggred automaticaly to the respective approver.

Can we include Hyper link for each Order Number where it opens directly the some link to approve?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Naresh

First of all, convert your dataset to a data step for posting with the macro found in https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Communities-Library/How-to-create-a-data-step-version-of-your-dat...

So we have something to play around with.

And post an example how the emails should look like.

From where do you get the data for the hyperlink/URL?
