Classification and Regression Tree (CART) Model

Hi, Is it easy to perform a CART model in SAS? Are there any resources on creating a CART model in SAS--sample codes, white paper? Can someone please point me to the right direction?

I only have SAS BASE and STATS, do I need SAS Enterprise or Forecasting to perform statistical analysis on financial data?
