Well, it is probably going to be a stupid question, but I could not find out how to integrate a tagset code - for example loaded somewhere from SAS support homepage - into the tagset collection in my SAS program. Could anybody help me out?

Tagsets are just SAS programs that use PROC TEMPLATE and you just execute the tagset code like you would any other SAS program. PROC TEMPLATE will store your new tagset in the first writable location in your ODS PATH. By default this is SASUSER.TEMPLAT. You can use the ODS PATH statement to specify some other library, if that's what you want.

Here's more info about ODS PATH: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/odsug/59523/HTML/default/a002233323.htm.
