Is it possible to add a JavaScript to my HTML file while creating it?

Yes, the SAS ODS MARKUP language as well as your own imbedded Javascript code can be added to your SAS application, such as with "ODS HTML". The SAS support website has DOC and technical papers on this topic - a few links are provided below.
