Abstract:
Citizens in the capital region of Denmark must call the medical helpline 1813 in case of acute illness or injury outside of the doctor’s opening hours. This project was a Proof of Concept case working closely together with SAS to develop a predictive model reducing patient callbacks in the medical helpline 1813. The purpose was to give us the tools to build our own model and run an AI project from start to end. This method was to be transferred to other relevant projects.
