• "Eligible citizens often fail to apply for social benefits due to lack of awareness, misunderstood eligibility rules, or administrative complexity. As a result, social inequality persists and policy goals are not fully achieved, while caseworkers lack the time and tools to proactively identify which citizens would respond most positively to outreach. 
• This session shows how SAS Retrieval Agent Manager (RAM) can be used to build a Proactive Benefits Agent that prioritizes citizen outreach using uplift modeling, RAG over policy documents, and MCP tool integration. The agent helps caseworkers identify who to contact, for which benefit, and why, combining structured data, unstructured regulations, and explainable decisioning into a single conversational interface.
• By enabling proactive, transparent, and data‑driven outreach, the solution helps caseworkers allocate their time and attention more effectively, improving overall social policy outcomes."
• SAS Retrieval Agent Manager enables fast, accurate and context-aware GenAI responses from unstructured enterprise data.
• Built on the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) framework, it simplifies a traditionally complex architecture, allowing you to scale AI adoption without compromising flexibility or precision.
• Beyond intelligent retrieval, SAS RAM elevates RAG pipelines from passive assistants to operational AI agents. Through MCP integration, agents can securely trigger enterprise APIs and service endpoints, execute database queries, and interact with internal applications, turning insights into actions.
