proc transpose problem

I have the following type of dataset:

I would like to transpose the column VERWEND_ZWECK_CLUSTER to obtain a table:

here are the values of the Column 'Quote' used as values for each VERWEND_ZWECK_CLUSTER value, which are used as column names in the target dataset.

How can I proceed?

Sort by the first three variables, and use those in the BY statement of PROC TRANSPOSE.

Use quote in VAR, and verwend_zweck_cluster as ID.
