I am trying to create a new project but I keep on getting the error in the picture attached.

I followed the steps described here http://support.sas.com/kb/55/227.html and I created the line needed  but the problem still remains.

Any thoughts on what I should do next?

Thank you in advance.

There isn't much we can say, we can't see your machine.  Did you type it in correctly, in the right file, without comments, save it etc.  Did you use the right machine name?  If you did then follow the guidance in contacting SAS Tech Support, from that page;

Collect data for further investigation

If either of these errors persists after completing the steps suggested above, then collect the following items before engaging SAS Technical Support:

  1. a screenshot of the error message encountered
  2. a copy of your hosts file
  3. the output from ipconfig /all (discussed below)

You could try attaching this to your post here - though be careful there is nothing sensitive in the outputs as it is an open board.
