Do you mean how often users are accessing these modules/products?
Here's an old paper that describes a method, probably requieres a bit of adjustment to fit your site:
Tracking SAS Licensed Product Usage
Is this a SAS server installation?
If you also have a SAS Environment Manager availbale on that server, you could proably configure that to give you statistics like this.

Hello @LinusH
Thank you very much for the valuable information. I believe that through SAS Environment Manager, we can manage to get the user details. However, do you have any idea how to obtain the complete user details, such as first name, last name, user IDs, etc.?

I haven't used it myself, just read through some papers around it.
There are quite a few vidoes avilable.
For 9.4, here's the users guide, which could server as a starting point:
SAS Help Center: SAS® Environment Manager 2.5: User’s Guide, Third Edition
If you not already have this set up, and you are not familiar with SAS products, you may need to ask yourself why you need to this?
If you need to find out specifically what SAS products are actually used, try to find your users and send them an inquiry/interview them.
Yet another options is to run a SAS Contents Assessment, which give you quite some information about your current environment. To fully utilise this you need access to SAS Visual Analytics platform though...
