help with summary stats

hello, 

i am trying to group this data (below) by capacity_label so that it shows what percent of the data is capacity_label=4, what percent is capacity_label=3 and so on. ideally by the end it would look something like this:

4      x%

3      x%

2      x%

1      x%

I am new to sas so i appreciate any help!
