Assuming you are logged in to a Windows computer and taking the SAS Programming 1 course:
1. You start the "Setting Up Your Practice Files (REQUIRED) practice in the course here, and click on Open under "Using SAS OnDemand for Academics":

2. In the instructions that pop open, click the "this zip file" link to download the ZIP file.

3. When the download is complete, open the Downloads folder in FIle Explorer on your Windows machine:

4. The ZIP file you just downloaded is in your Downloads folder. To continue, in the Ribbon select the "Compressed Folder Tools", then click the "Extract all" button.

5. Make note of the location to which the files are being extracted. You will find the files you need to upload in this location when extraction is complete. Click the Extract button to extract the files.
