check the duplicates with todays run

Hi,

How I will check the duplicates with the below dataset daily?
ID     Car                    Date

1       MB    20MAR2023:06:01:27.967

2        EC   12FEB2022:06:01:27.967

3        DE    14APR2022:06:01:27.967

1       MB     23MAR2023:06:01:27.967

2        EC    23MAR2023:06:01:27.967

I want to check the duplicates which created today and email  daily based on the everyday's date.

1       MB     23MAR2023:06:01:27.967

1       MB    20MAR2023:06:01:27.967

2        EC    23MAR2023:06:01:27.967

2        EC    12FEB2022:06:01:27.967

these are the duplicates which created today. I want this to come to my email.
