What is the purpose of SAS Visual Data Builder?

Hi everyone! I want to know what is SAS Visual Data Builder for? I want to know if the next issue is supported:

I want to create a Transformation process... for example... when I get the Country field of a table, the Transformation aply an UPPER statement and automatically creates a second table (with the countries transformated).

For the current SAS Platform (VA8.x on SAS Viya) SAS Visual Data Builder has been replaced by two products. The import features are part of SAS Data Explorer and the transform features are part of SAS Data Studio.
