What if my SaaS provider goes out of business?

You might describe your situation a bit.

Exactly what does your SAS provider (if it is actuall SAAS then this is the wrong forum to discuss) do for you?

If they are hosting data or code then does your contract with them have anything related to returning data? Providing code?

If the provider runs custom applications using SAS data then your contract for service may have to include something about providing access to the code or similar.

If they have already gone out out business then good luck.

What same issue? Neither of you have adequately described your problem. Is this a question about Software As A Service or something else?!
