UNable to get SAS Studio from within SAS Viya for Learners

I usually click on the running person icon (4 peach icons at the bottom and center of screen)to get SAS Studion.  SAS Studion is not appearing now, rather an HTTP Error 500 is coming out

• Date and time (as specific as possible)
• email address to resolve user ID
• Course (name of the course on the tile in SAS Viya for Learners dashboard)
• Application (Model Studio, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Studio, etc.)
• Tenant (via url)
