I think we would need to know what hypothesis you want to test, and then we could tell you how to get the specific F-test you want.

Translating into English, you speak of "two nutritional plans". We don't know what these are. How are they identified? Your model has five variables, B1 B2 B3 TRAT and REP. Is the "two nutritional plans" one of these five variables? If so, which one?

 

Can you give a more detailed explanation of the experiment? Asking questions with such brief explanations, and assuming we know what you mean and we know what the experiment is doing, isn't a very efficient process.
