So, what have you tried so far?

Proc Freq will likely do 1 and 4

Data step with IF or WHERE for 2

Proc Sort for 3

And why are all of your questions number 1???

Indeed it is a home work.

I had been trying to download the SAS software to work on it but the computer is restricted as it is company owned.

Use Academics on Demand which is cloud based and doesn’t require software installation. There is a limit on file sizes but you should be fine.
