Hello All,

We have SAS 9.4 M4 environment deployed on Linux platform.

The hotfix that we have implemented as per our SAS Web Server version (9.43) is A7F006. Reference:  http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/A/A7F/A7F006/xx/lax/A7F006la.html

All the post-installation steps are skipped as they were not required, except the Java update.

Post implementation, the web server service is down as well as the SAS EVM server.

0(sas@XXXXXXX [/sasconfig/Lev1/Web/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/bin])$ ./hq-server.sh status
Java version was not found.

0(sas@XXXXXXX [/sasconfig/Lev1/Web/WebServer/bin])$ ./httpdctl start
Starting pivotal httpd

Can anyone suggest?

Hi, it looks like you’ve already opened a case with SAS Technical Support.  That’s the best option for a problem like this, where consultants may need to see logs and configuration files to help you solve it.
