SAS EM 15.2 SLOW

Hello,

I'm new to using SAS EM, I have had it on my laptop for about a month or so and everything was running smoothly until today where everytime I try to do anything it lags and it takes 2-3 minutes for it to open a project or run a diagram, now I can't seem to even open a project.

Do you have any suggestions that could help?

Are you still having issues with the software? And, is there an error message you're getting or just lag time?

No error messge, just extremely slow to add a node or run it , STATEXPLORE took 15 minutes on a simple data set

Hi,

What type of SAS environment are you connecting to? A sudden slowdown like this might be due to latency from the SAS server you're connecting to -- assuming you are connecting to a remote SAS environment. If you have colleagues who are seeing the same, it would be a good indication.

Hello, using SAS eneterprise miner client 15.2 and yes I am connected to a server, I know that others are dealing with this too , but when I contacted the client service they said the problem is on my side (which I doubt since I tried on different computers)
