SAS EG 8.2 - Windows Right-Click Context menu missing after upgrade to 8.2 or above

I have tried to find any information that this featuremight have been removed but can't.

On a SAS EG 8.1:

After upgrading from 8.1 to 8.2 HF5, the menu: "SAS System Program" is missing.

Updating to 8.3 does not fix it.

Having 7.15 and 8.3 on my computer the menu entry is still where it should be. Opening a track with tech support is recommended, they should know whether the feature was removed or not.
