R2 in logistic regression

I want to know how to get r-square in the logistic regression. My code is below.

Thank you for your response, I saw that thread, but I also want to know how can i get the adjusted r-square in the logistic regression.

In addition, I used "proc surveylogistic" statement, so I wonder would it be appropriate if i use "proc surveylogistic " or "proc qlim" to get the r square.
