Pulling data from servers like ODBC to SAS VA 7.4

Hi All,

I am new to SAS administration and struggling on this part a lot.

I want to Pull the data from the server like SQL server etc to SAS VA 7.4. 

I want to know all the steps including the involvement of the creation of libraries and servers on SMC level.

What is the right path that I should follow to make this happen?
