Someone gave me a SAS Data Set and Catalog. When I open the the data set, it shows error:

ERROR: Format T1F not found or couldn't be loaded for variable PQ.

How can I open the SAS data set without error?

Make the first line of your program

options nofmterr;

The drawback to this is that you can't see custom formats. If you want to see the custom formats, then you need to obtain these from the person who created them. This thread contains a number of ways to do this: https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Programming/How-to-share-SAS-data-set-with-custom-formats/td-p/59...
