I want to examine the effects of the explanatory variables on the Head Circumference, but i would only like to work with patients that have 6 or more measurements. I am new to SAS and i dont know how to perfom the extraction.

6 or more measures of what? As in which specific variables by name? Please do not make us guess what is important or what any of the measures mean/do.

Every single one of your records has at least one missing value.

It also appears that none of your records with the possible explanatory variables appear on a record with the circumference variable. Which is going to make any analysis extremely difficult.
