Make the LIBRARY 'user' then imported an Excel file. Is it possible the save the LIBRARY 'user'?

You assign library "USER" by a libname the same way as any other your permanent library. Assign it to a path you are permitted to read/write and can save.

Unlike WORK it is not initiated at each session and not cleared at the end of session.
