Installation of SAS on MAC OS

New toSAS , I am trying to install SAS on MAC oS and get this message: The launch of the server process failed with an unknown status code.   Ay idea how to fix this? Thanks

You cannot use SAS on a Mac natively.

If you tried to use University Edition in Virtualbox, this does not work any longer. Sign on to SAS On Demand for Academics (welcome.oda.sas.com) and use that. Chrome is preferred to use to access SAS Studio, Safari does not work completely (in my case, Up/download does not work).
