Sign up for a SAS on Demand for Academics account, then work through the free online Programming 1 course. Follow the tutorials for it by the letter. Details are important, both while learning and while working with SAS.

Once you have managed that, get back here and see if you can find solutions to people's questions.

If you are willing to spend some money, take the more advanced courses.
