How to read FIXML file

I am looking for any documentation regarding How to read FIXML file into SAS dataset. Can anyone please help?

Never used (heard of) that file format. Is it text-format? Then reading it with a datastep is possible. Can you post some lines (using the {i} icon) and explain the contents?
