How to paste data from word/txt to SAS university edition

Hi, I cannot paste data from website/word/txt file to my SAS university edition, I tried select the data I want to use, and choose to copy them, and on my SAS, I click the right botton and choose to paste, and nothing happen.

Yeah, there's only one way.

On my Mac, using Safari, I get a message when trying to paste text into SAS Studio with RMB that advises me to use the keyboard shortcut.
