How to get help in rebook canceled flight????

I just noticed, that our connection flight from Duesseldorf to Stockholm Jan 8th 2025 has been canceled without any information to us. We need this flight, as it is part of a booked flight from Duesseldorf to Miami. The flight from Stockholm to Miami Jan. 9th is still valid.

I have called the SAS Customer Service number in Frankfurt Germay and waited more than 2 hours in the waiting line, hearing horrible musik. After 2 hours I was kicked out of the line.

What can I do to get an alternative flight from Düsseldorf to Stockholm Jan 8th 2025 to reach my connection flight to Miami Jan 9th 2025

This is really horrible and much worse than booking and changing a flight with a low cost airline

I assume you are looking for SAS the airline. This is SAS the software company.
