How to Use Letters for Defining When Comparing Multiple Groups in Output?

Hello everyone. I've found this image below on Google for instance. My problem is using letters to define differences significance between multiple levels (e.g. 'Incubation' levels). Is it possibly in SAS?

Yes, PROC GLM and other PROCs allow this type of assigning of letters to groups to compare means in the MEANS statement.
