I have this url https://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/strd/anova/SiRstvt.dat

I am trying to read this text file by skiping line 1 to 59 and create a table with columns I1, I2, I3, I4 and I5. How can I do this in SAS?

Looks it starts on line 61, not 60.

data test;
  infile 'https://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/strd/anova/SiRstvt.dat' url firstobs=61 truncover;
  input i1-i5 ;
run;
Obs       i1         i2         i3         i4         i5

 1     196.305    196.304    196.130    196.280    196.212
 2     196.124    196.383    196.201    196.175    196.105
 3     196.189    196.167    196.289    196.149    196.185
 4     196.257    196.326    196.034    196.149    196.005
 5     196.340    196.042    196.181    195.989    196.209
