Part of the instructions for my assignment say: 

 

Choosing only the categories Food, Fruit and Vegetables, and Fruit, produce summary statistics for the variable CPI for each category using SAS. Explain the key characteristics of the data.

 

There are more values than Food, Fruit and Vegetables, and Fruit under the Category column but I'm not sure how to run Summary Statistics with only those 3 selected. I can run the Summary Statistics as show below but it will pull up all of the values under categories. You need to filter your data by the levels of category you want displayed. I think that's under the Options in your second screenshot.
