After the previous line. Like you have after codice_cluster and rating, you need a comma after conteggio_rapport.

Every item in a SELECT clause must be separated by a comma. When there is no comma, PROC SQL thinks the SELECT clause has been ended and is expecting another keyword such as FROM.
