I'm currently learning on SAS macro language 1 essentials, storing and processing texts. I get this error when I run my code " ERROR: File MC1.STORM_FINAL.DATA does not exist". what could be the problem?

The error comes from an already solved tutorial (demo m103d02.sas) which when I paste on my sas brings the error.

The dataset it's referencing doesn't exist. Likely there's a step before that needs to be run, or the demo isn't intended for you to be able to run.
