Hello @tonyyu0203 ! Let us help! First, can you make sure that your SAS profile password is working? To do this, please log in to your SAS profile first. If it works, then register using these same credentials to this page - https://welcome.oda.sas.com/
There were also some known issues over the weekend that the SAS OnDemand team is still working on. If you go to Welcome.oda.sas.com there is a Notice button on the page and you should be able to see when the issue is resolved. Here's what it looks like for me:
