Can I import the hyperlink (For example, by clicking in the link in excel, it will show a photo) from excel into sas. Which means I can click the link in sas to show the photo as well.

Are you saying the content of some cell in your Excel file is the text of a URL that points to an image?  If so then the corresponding variable in the imported SAS dataset will have the same text.

But if the hyperlink is an attribute of the cell then that will NOT be imported into the SAS dataset.  The same way that the color or the font is not imported into the SAS dataset.
