I saw these errors as soon as I run SAS.

ERROR: The ODS initializer failed to instantiate during SAS startup.
ERROR: Exception text: C:\Program
Files\SASHome\SASPrivateJavaRuntimeEnvironment\9.4\jre\bin\fontmanager.dll: Can't find
dependent libraries

What should I do to get rid of this errors?

Do not double post your question. All replies should go to: https://communities.sas.com/t5/New-SAS-User/Error/td-p/663283

I am sorry. I thought I was posting them in different communities. I did not mean to double post it.

Are you the SAS administrator? You likely need to install Java in the location specified. This helps prevent java update issues that used to plague SAS so instead it now ships with it's own version that can be maintained separately.

SAS is pretty picky about the versions of java it uses. If someone "updated" java and used any option to remove older versions that could be a cause. It may require reinstalling SAS so Sas can add the java libraries it wants.
