Drop down in visual analytics showing Yellow Triangle

I am creating a SAS Report in Visual Analytics by using Cross Tab or LIsting table Objects. In table we have around 4.3 million records.
We have created a drop down for some variable like (Year , Month). Sometime these drop down not working properly and showing yellow triangle with message that you have access data. However drop down variable having only  2(year) and 6(month) distinct value.

Could you please help on this.

What version of Visual Analytics are you using? And what is the exact message?

we are using 7.2 and its showing that you have lots of data in the drop down .
