Deleted Folder By Mistake in SAS On Demand for Academics

I am using SAS On Demand for Academics. I deleted a folder containing several SAS files by mistake. Is there any way to recover the lost folder/files?

You'll need to contact SAS Tech Support to see if they can assist you there.

Thanks. I did. They sent me here. My understanding is that the files are stored om their servers, not my pc.

Unfortunately that likely means you cannot restore it then 😞

If you're using SAS UE, it runs locally and uses your computer back up system.
