Date values in filename

Can anyone help me in substituting previous month date values to the outputi filename?

Ex..if Apr 09 2019 current system date then my output filename should be as ...

filename_Mar2019.txt

You can create the file name like these. What do you want to do from there?

Whenever i submit the job the job should create filename with previous
month date and have to post that file to another sft server
