Creating Dynamic Lists in Customer Intelligence Studio (CIS)

Hey,

I want to create a dynamic list for a certain treatment in CIS for a new campaign. How do I do that? I'm using SAS 6.6
Plus, how do I check whether current lists, already applied in older campaigns in CIS, are dynamic or not? Can I see it in any SAS tables on my SQL DB?
