Creating Dummy Indicator Variables with numeric range

Hi I am looking to make an indicator with a range of numeric variables this is what i am inputting 

DATA	WORK;
	SET	mississippi;

	
	LowSBPInd		= (SBP =<90);
	NormalSBPInd	= (SBP =90-<140);
	HighSBPInd		= (SBP =>140);



	RUN;

 And then I get an error saying there is a Syntax error shown below. how do I do a range indicator?

77 LowSBPInd= (SBP =<90);

78 NormalSBPInd= (SBP =90-<140);

a missing value, INPUT, PUT.
