Counting by two variables

I have data as below:

And want output as below:

is there any simple procedure which can give results like above  by trt01pn and cmatc4 and cmpt (Don't worry about percentages).

PROC TABULATE would come pretty close or PROC FREQ. Both can can calculate the percents but will not place them in the same 'column'.
