If you click on the red down arrow next to your login name in the upper right column you will get a menu. Click on Help, go to the Settings section to expand and you will find

You can edit your name and email address here: https://www.sas.com/profile/ui/auth.html#/edit Once you've made these changes, they will automatically become part of your community ID. Ok got it. how do you send a private message? I've been looking on my profile and settings tabs, but I can't figure it out.
