Cannot generate interactive decision display after selecting ellipsis from panel ,

I am trying to generate the Interactive Decision Display from selecting the ellipsis for Interactive from the panel.  I get the following:

Exception Unable to open Interactive Decision Tree Please make sure you have run the predecessors to this node and update the path. [OK] [Details]

Then I try to run predecessors and they just keep running, been spinning for 30 hours now. I leave the diagram and go back in and then they have green check marks.  So, I update path and that seems fine, then I go to generate the Interactive Decision Display and it starts all over again with the same exception (sometimes), most of the time it just does nothing.  I am on a PC, Windows 10, using Eminer (for Academics) 15.1, Java is at version 8.  

I am a student, been struggling with this for over a week and have missed my homework assignment due date already. 

I found SAS Problem NOte 58851 which describes the problem, but still have same issues in trying to work through the solution.  Would appreciate any help.

Hi yes I need further clarification. I received an email but it was to tell me to expect an email.  Was I supposed to get a solution reply or just that email? I haven’t seen an email that looks like a solution.
