I am attempting to create a table that displays working-hotelling and Bonferroni joint confidence intervals. However, it only displays a table of missing values. I receive the following note in the SAS log. 

 

NOTE: Missing values were generated as a result of performing an operation on missing values.
Each place is given by: (Number of times) at (Line):(Column).
4 at 84:20 4 at 85:20 4 at 86:21 4 at 87:21
 
Attached is the code I am running.

Your dummy data should have value for X (RHS) variables.  You have Y.
